But the room with the best view is the Eiffel Suite, pictured here. The modern stark-white design by François Champsaur was intended to contrast with the 19th century building structure, and it’s also a pleasing backdrop for what’s outside. The 430 square foot, one-bedroom suite has private access to the hotel’s swimming pool and hammam, and runs €615 Euro a night.
